Introduction to Rock Climbing - Indoor and Outdoor - 1 dayThis is a great opportunity for anyone who would like to give rock climbing a try. Learn the basics at a purpose built indoor climbing centre close to the city of Kota Kinabalu. You will then be taken to the small village of Kironngu where there is a cliff beside a waterfall in the jungle. This cliff is the perfect place to try climbing on real rock in the Borneo jungle. |

Introduction to Outdoor Rock Climbing - ½ dayYou will be taken to the outskirts of Kota Kinabalu, to the small village of Kironngu where there is a small cliff beside a waterfall in the jungle. It's a 5 – 10 minute trek into the jungle. The cliff is expertly bolted for safe climbing and is the perfect place to try out climbing on real rock. |

Berhala Island Rock Climbing – 2 days / 1 nightBerhala Island has only recently been discovered as a rock climbing destination. The rock features are varied - collosal vertical cliffs rising up 450 feet as well as gently sloping rock walls right on the beach. Many of the climbs have been bolted to make them safe and the average grade is F5a – F6b. An exciting and exhilarating trip for climbers! |
